Claims
FAST, FAIR, AND EFFECTIVE.
Our goal with claims is to assist each of our customers in
a crisis situation and to be responsive when you need us. A
toll-free hotline—available 24/7—enables us to react quickly to
minor incidents while channeling more complex cases to one
of our specialized units. From there, our expert adjusters offer
guidance to mitigate the loss, expedite resources needed for
repairs or replacement, and process payments in a convenient
and timely manner. Our dedicated litigation and subrogation
teams as well as our close relationships with emergency
service vendors, outside attorneys, appraisal services,
and independent adjusters are all key to our success in
managing claims outcomes.
For Workers’ Compensation claims, we work with
our affiliate, GUARDCo, a licensed and accredited
medical management company.
